The Newborn Pack must be attached to a Stokke YOYO 3 stroller frame (sold separately) to use. Once combined, they create a lightweight, fully-featured stroller.

The Newborn Pack allows you to lay baby completely flat facing you in the 5-point harness. This version also allows you to clip your car seat onto the stroller frame with YOYO car seat adapterswithout having to remove the fabrics.
