The simple sun hat in fisherman style protects the small head, the eyes as well as the neck area from the sun. It has an elastic band at the back of the head for an ideal fit. The hat can be tied under the chin so that it doesn’t get lost in the wind or during a romp. Its lightweight, breathable and quick-drying material makes it comfortable to wear on land and in the water. In addition, the moisture-regulating lining wicks moisture directly to the outside. After the outing, the sun hat can be washed at 30C on the gentle cycle. By using recycled materials and innovative processes as well as dispensing with animal components, LSSIG contributes to the circular economy and conserves the earth’s resources. For the fishing hat, for example, plastic waste (e.g. disposable bottles and production waste) was recycled and turned into a new material for the sun hat. The LSSIG fishing hat with a UV protection of UPF 80 is tested according to the UV STANDARD 801 (Hohenstein).
