Bolga products are made from 100% elephant grass, a strong, resilient grass that grows abundantly in Northern Ghana. Before weaving, the grass is prepared by handsplitting, twisting, and softening with water in a process that takes about a week to complete.

Care Instructions

Spot clean. Made to last, the natural fibers in bolga products are incredibly resilient. If your bag is slightly misshapen from storage or travel, simply saturate the woven portion with cool water and mold back into shape. Let dry, avoiding the sun to minimize color fading.Some colors may bleed when wet, avoid placing on light fabrics or surfaces until dry.
