How to Prepare\ Consume

Step 1 Add 2 cup of curd to Timios Idly Mix in a bowl, mix it well & set aside for 15 mins.

Step 2 Adjust the consistency with water. Grease the idly mould with ghee or oil & add the mix to the mould. Place it inside the idly maker\steamer & cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 3 Steaming delicious rawa idly is ready & can be served with sambar & chutney of your choice.
